Interest in photography has

exploded over the last 10 years

thanks to the developments in

digital photography. Cameras

and computers have become

cheaper and more powerful,

software more sophisticated

and printers can now print

photos that are as good (if not

better) than anything produced

in a chemical darkroom. Now,

once you’ve acquired a digital setup, the economic restrictions of

digital creative and development costs have been removed and the

cost of photography is virtually nil.

As for me, I am a self taught commercial Graphics Designer,

Photographer and Web Designer born and raised in St. Lucia.

Since the age of 6 I found myself keenly interested in visual arts

from drawing real life portraits out of magazines to famous comic

characters. As I went through my school years my talent became

widely recognized by the young and elderly. It was then my work

became commercial as I did several paintings alongside other

associates for schools and hotels. Many expected me to pursue art

school, but instead I took the path of my second best, technology

and computers. This is where Art met Application and made me

who I am today, a well known designer under the name of

trvh|Designs.
